Bedfordshire County Council is responsible for removing the graffiti on the highway structures such as subways, bridges, flyovers and underpasses. They have a regular inspection programme for all these structures. Obscene and racist graffiti is removed as soon as possible and all other reported graffiti as resources allow. Graffiti can be reported to Bedfordshire County Council online or by telephone on 01234 363222.

Each Local Authority is responsible for removing graffiti from their property such as housing, parks, street furniture and other Council buildings. They will also have a policy with regard graffiti on Private and Commercial property that can be seen from and accessed from the road.
