"We
have caught vandals and they have been given the choice
of cleaning up the graffiti or an invoice for the work
would be sent to their parents. Needless to say the
parents have supported the move to make the graffiti
vandals clear up their handiwork.
"A prolific graffiti vandal has also been caught
following the launch of a reward scheme. The police
are processing the case and invoices for a little over
£10,000 will be issued by the council and businesses.
A name and shame case with heavy financial penalties."
