Shopping Terms and Conditions

Supply of goods
Proud Industrial Limited trading as Graffiti Hotline ("the company")
reserves the right to refuse the supply of goods at its discretion.

Ordering
To order goods the customer ("you") must be at least 18 years of age.

Provision
If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.

Offer and acceptance
A binding contract is formed between you and the company when you receive confirmation from the company by e-mail, post or other agreed means that your order has been accepted.

Cancellation of orders
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website within 7 days of receiving your goods and for a full refund excluding cost of return carriage providing you take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession.
To cancel you can email, or write to the company within seven days of delivery of your items, quoting your order number and requesting the company to arrange for collection of the goods. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the goods are made available to the carriers when they call to collect them and to pay any extra charges incurred by your failure to do this which cause abortive collection attempts by the carriers.
Opened packs cannot be returned.

Prices
The company's prices are in Great Britain Pounds Sterling and exclude VAT and delivery. All orders to mainland UK are sent via road delivery. All UK orders will be subject to delivery charges which vary according to the value of the order. Carriage charges are based on the value of the order before VAT and delivery. For orders over £200 in value delivery is free. For orders less than £30 in value delivery is £6. For all other orders delivery is £10. All prices are exclusive of VAT. The company reserves the right to change any advertised prices at any time.

Delivery
The company will endeavour to deliver within 1-2 working days from receipt of your order. All deliveries are subject to payment authorisation. If an item is temporarily out of stock and dispatch is anticipated to be greater than 5 days, the company will contact you by e-mail or telephone to arrange a new delivery date. If this is not satisfactory to you, the company will offer you a refund. All goods subject to availability.

Signing for goods
All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery. Any losses or damage must be clearly described on all copies of the delivery note. In the case of any loss or damage, please telephone the company at the time, if possible when the delivery driver is still with you. The sooner the company is notified, the quicker the problem can be rectified.

If goods are delivered damaged or faulty
Please examine the goods on delivery in case they are damaged or faulty. Any losses or damage must be clearly described on all copies of the delivery note. In the case of any loss or damage, please telephone the company at the time, if possible when the delivery driver is still with you. The sooner the company is notified, the quicker the problem can be rectified. If you inform the company within 7 days of delivery that the goods are delivered damaged or faulty the company will refund return carriage and replacement at its expense.
If you do not inform the company within 7 days the company shall have no liability for goods alleged to be damaged on delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
The company will always do its utmost to meet your delivery requirements and to speedily sort out any difficulties which may arise. However the company does not accept any responsibility for the costs of any losses, delays or any other expenses incurred by you as a consequence of goods being delivered outside any previously agreed schedule or delivered in a damaged or faulty condition.

Money-back guarantee
Under the 7 day money back guarantee, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, the company will give you a full refund provided that goods are UNOPENED and returned in good condition, within 7 days of you having received them. Please note the company does not carry costs for returns. All items should be returned UNUSED with original packaging intact.

On-line payment by all the major credit and debit cards
The company accepts on-line payment with all the major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch. The company also accepts all credit and debit cards carrying the Mastercard or Visa logos. The company does not accept American Express or Diners.

Payment by cheque only
If you wish to pay by cheque simply select payment by personal cheque when you reach the payment screen. When you receive confirmation of the order from the company please send a cheque made payable to Graffiti Hotline. Please write your order number and e-mail and/or home address on the reverse of the cheque. The order will be dispatch after the cheque has cleared.

Payment on account
Account terms are strictly one month from the date of the invoice.
All products are at the risk of you from the time they are delivered. Title to the goods shall remain with the company and only passes to you when full payment for the goods has been received together with full payment of all other amounts owed by you to the company in respect of any other contracts for the sale of goods. Such payment shall become due immediately upon the commencement of any act or proceeding in which your solvency is involved. If payment is overdue in whole or in part the company may (without prejudice to any of its other rights) recover or resell the goods or any of them and may enter upon the your premises by its servants or agents for that purpose. Until the company is paid in full all monies outstanding the relationship of you to the company shall be fiduciary in respect of the goods or other goods in which they are incorporated or used and if the same are sold by you the company shall have the right to trace the proceeds thereof.

Specification
Images on the website may not show the actual size of items. All sizes and measurements are approximate but the company does try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible. On the rare occasion that there is an error, the company will advise you about it as soon as possible.
Sometimes the product specifications may change, in which case the company will do its best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement you can return it in accordance with the 7 day money back guarantee.
You attention is specifically drawn to the manufacturers' brochures and safety literature in respect of the correct use and application of products which the company may supply. You shall be wholly responsible for checking that such products are entirely appropriate for the use and application to which they may be put.

Your personal details
The company
has a 'privacy statement' for all clients. All personal details that you give the company are securely stored. The company does not supply or sell customers details to any outside organisation. The company will endeavour to take all reasonable care, in so far as it is possible to do so, to keep all details of your order and payment secure, but, in the absence of negligence on the part of the company, the company cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering.

Governing law and jurisdiction
This contract is subject to the law of England. All disputes arising out of this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. Those who access the site from other locations are responsible for compliance with their local laws and taxes as applicable.
Any disputes not resolved by normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England under English Law.
